My first try at digital painting. Could of been better but I've been working on this piece for some time and decided it was time to finish it. Its a picture of my detective character in my story. Life was rough to him. Only thing that can clear his head is a gaze into the sky.
Ohh, really cool drawing. The lines in his face express a lot about rough times. As for a background, what kind of place is the setting for your story? What kind of mood do you want to create? Seems like you started drawing a building. A cityscape of some skyscrapers would be cool. Or maybe dark storm clouds with lightning.
Thanks. It takes place in our time. In a bigger city. I was thinking about changing it to something more modern tech. Well anyways, thanks again. Ill take your thoughts into consideration. Haha, I'm all professional about it. hahaha.
not bad for a first try man, looks cool, you should get an intuos 3, the diference of preasure on lines its hudge, you cant do lines on graphire, simply you cant.
